  ETA was 50 mins. Called at the 40 min mark to see how things were going - there's zero traffic where I live because right now it's 10 pm. The lady I spoke to said she'd call the guy who's supposed to be on his way, and that she'd have him call me directly. Wait 10 more mins, call again. She then tells me to hold on (she puts me on hold) and then tells me he'd be here in 15-20 mins. Couldnt bother to tell me this when I called the first time? Do you not know where your technicians are? Incredibly surprised Geico chose this company for roadside assistance.

  the guy who jumped my car was extremely rude, had an attitude the whole time and hung up on me while on the phone HOWEVER, the ladies i spoke to about the situation and about getting someone sent to me were very nice and helpful. 5 stars for them 0 stars for the guy who jumped my car.
