  I setup my membership and went here for a few months. no issues. THen i had to transfer to another CHarter gym, and realized how good i had it. They let me go back for a one-time one-day pass. This gym always has towels available, nice and warm inside in the cold winter (unlike the other Charter i go to) heat is perfect in the men's gym room, and always clean

  When I signed up, nobody explained to me how the cancelation process went. You have to cancel 30 days before your last payment otherwise it automatically renews and you're sucked into to another year subscription. Kind of makes me feel cheated. Shouldn't I be involved in this? Guess not.
