I've noticed a huge decline in service over these past few months at this particular branch in Willowbrook, I went into the store over the summer with a friend of mine to shop around and was relentlessly badgered to buy the powerup rewards card that they offer even after civilly declining multiple times. One employee specifically said "you are in here everyday anyway" in a snarky manner. After this altercation I was carded at 16 years old for attempting to buy Midnight Club 3 and needed to have my mother come in to purchase the game, I understand there is a policy but the way the are going about it is absolutely ludicrous, service was much friendlier and much more informative when Greg and Gyel were behind the counter.
