  So much for customer service. Asked how far they deliver and was told up to 15 miles. I live 12 miles away but was told that I'm out of their boundary once I told them where I live

  Difficult to review when they don't respond to multiple requests - I emailed them twice through their website as I was interested in their design services, thinking that if they do a good job on the design perhaps we would have them do the install. Never heard a word back from them.
