  Not only did these people mess up my taxes by forgetting to include one of my tax credits that would have saved me another $862 on my taxes, but they spelled my name wrong and got an attitude when they had to correct ALL of their mistakes. Their idea of "making it up to me" was refunding 26% of the $240 fee that they charged me to mess up my taxes. I will NEVER EVER come back to H&R Block again. In fact the mere mention of the business makes me angry. I recommend that you save yourself the trouble and Free File...at least then you'll know your taxes will be done correctly.
