  I'm shocked at how rude Sharie, an employee, not the owner I'm told, just was to me on the phone. I guess you have to have had cancer first before you ask for their services. So, if you are a previvor like myself, who took elective steps and had a double masectomy to avoid cancer due to a hereditary mutation of brca1, beware as you may be treated like you don't belong calling for such an appointment even though I have two different size breasts due to an infection during my recovery. By the way, she made sure to let me know that she had breast cancer, unlike myself so she knows that my insurance won't cover their services.. My goal for this review is the hope that she doesn't treat another previvor in this same manner. I will not be using their services after that experience on the phone. By the way Sharie, whether you felt my insurance would cover this or not since I didn't have cancer (your words), I would have paid in good old fashion cold, hard cash. Please be kind to future clients that are previvors as they are going through a lot as well.
