  I used to work here for about a year. A lot of Lithuanians come here but other Europeans do, too. Personally, before I started working for T-Mobile, I used to hate every moment I had to deal with them. I understand now that people, myself included, are very sensitive when it comes to their ability to connect with the world. So if you come in there yelling, understand that you’re just testy and the staff are doing their best to help you. And they can’t help it if there’s a long wait. That’s completely out of their control, as they cannot predict foot traffic. Some things are out of their control, but everyone there will do the most to make you happy. If he still works there, my go to employee is Steve. He’s awesome. Everyone is usually pretty knowledgeable about what’s going on in the company as well as the devices. They have to go through educational trainings all the time, so allow them to be the experts and just be patient. Oh, and learn how to back up your data.
